I'm quite unsure as to whether or not this is in the right category or not. It's traditional medium, playing around with typography, but no stencils were used.
I wanted a piece with text where the viewers weren't just going to read the word and walk off. I wanted the word itself to be so stylized that it was quite possible for someone to look at it and not even realize it was supposed to be a word. Red ink, water, brush, and pen. |
